203 mm Floating Brake Rotor
Aluminium carrier + steel braking track
A 203 mm two-piece floating rotor for bicycles. The exploded view separates the steel track from the aluminium carrier, the walkthrough shows how it brakes, and the riding speed sets how fast the rotor turns.
How it's built
1 Floating rivets Let the track move as it expands with heat 2 Braking track Steel friction surface the pads clamp 3 Aluminium carrier Spider joining the hub to the braking track 4 Mounting bolts Six bolts fix the rotor to the hub
What the demo shows
- Layer by layer The exploded view separates track, carrier, rivets and bolts, so the floating joint is easy to see.
- How it brakes A short walkthrough of the pads clamping the track while the rotor spins.
- Live riding speed Rotor speed and track surface speed follow the speed you set.
- Carrier colours Switch the carrier finish to show the colour options.
